These terms govern your purchases from the ZentoPlatform online store. Please read them carefully.
Welcome to ZentoPlatform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZentoPlatform online store at this website (the "Store") and any orders you place through it. By accessing the Store, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
ZentoPlatform is a brand of ZentoPOS ("we", "us", "our"). We sell point-of-sale hardware, kitchen display systems, receipt printers, cash drawers, and related peripherals to restaurants, retailers, and other businesses. You can reach us at the contact details listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Product images, descriptions, and specifications on the Store are provided for general guidance. Manufacturer specifications can change without notice and on-screen colors may differ slightly from physical products. We try to keep information up to date but do not warrant that descriptions are complete, error-free, or current.
All products are subject to availability. We may, in our discretion, decline or cancel any order — for example if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping, applicable taxes, and any duties or import fees, which are calculated at checkout or on delivery as applicable. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment information you also accept Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If a price on the Store is clearly incorrect (for example, off by an order of magnitude due to a system or human error), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order even after acceptance and refund any amount charged.
Delivery time estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin). Tracking information will be sent by email when your order ships, when we have your opt-in or transactionally.
You are responsible for inspecting your shipment promptly upon receipt and notifying us of any visible damage, missing items, or shortages within seven (7) days. Claims raised after that window may be more difficult to honor.
If you provide an incorrect or undeliverable address, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges, lost packages, or delays caused by the address error.
Unopened products: You may return new, unopened, sealed products within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the product price. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Opened or used products: Returns of opened products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price, at our discretion, depending on the condition of the returned item and packaging.
Defective products: If a product is defective on arrival or fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund pursuant to the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Non-returnable items: Consumables (e.g., thermal paper rolls, ribbon cartridges), opened software, and special-order or custom-configured items are not returnable except where required by law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.
Hardware products are sold subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically twelve months parts and labor for ZentoPlatform-branded hardware; refer to the product page or product documentation for exact terms). Manufacturer warranties are between the manufacturer and you, and we will reasonably assist in routing warranty claims.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY ORDER OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST REVENUE OR LOST DATA), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THEY APPLY TO YOU TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to provide current, accurate information at checkout (name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number where applicable). You are responsible for keeping that information current and for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials you create.
The Store and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, software, and the ZentoPlatform name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as needed to view, browse, and place orders through the Store.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State] without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], [State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes took effect. Material changes will be flagged to you where reasonable. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
